DrivEASY Training Centre Cancellation & Refund Policy
We value your time and ours. Each lesson is a reserved appointment, and late cancellations or missed lessons make it difficult for other learners to access training.
Cancellations & rescheduling
- More than 24 hours notice: No fee. You can reschedule through our online booking system, phone, or email.
- Less than 24 hours notice, no-show, or unable to proceed (e.g., no valid learner’s permit, instructor unable to access the pickup point, or being turned away): The full lesson fee will be charged.
- If DrivEASY must cancel within 24 hours, we will reschedule at your convenience, with no penalty. Subject to our availability.
Refunds & credits
- Refunds for unused prepaid lessons must be requested via email within 3 months of purchase.
- By default, credits are applied to your account for rebooking.
- If you prefer a refund, you must request it explicitly, as refunds are not processed automatically.
- No refunds will be issued for lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can happen. Exceptions to this policy will be evaluated individually, but not guaranteed.
